DUNNVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BY-LAWS
On November 26, 2019, after much discussion, the membership of the Dunnville Chamber voted to accept a new set of by-laws which were drafted in response to membership concerns that derailed efforts to hold the Chambers 2019 AGM back in March of 2019.
The Bylaw and Governance Committee has been working on the feedback and suggestions they received from members who were present at the November meeting. They also are reviewing recently submitted suggestions which closed on February 18th, 2020.
A vote will be held at this years AGM, slated for March 26th, with regards to implementing the proposed new By-Law Amendments. More information on the proposals to the existing By-Laws will be sent to members prior to the AGM.
